I am not pro-amnesty, I am open to some kind of Amnesty if it includes fixing other problem areas of immigration first. The make everyone a citizen just to say the problem is fixed seem irresponsible to me.

Just thought I would take a moment to point out a little fact lost on most who attended this rally. The folks in the orange shirts and carrying “Union Yes” signs are from your friendly neighborhood BIG LABOR union. Organized Labor has designs on illegal immigrants because they want organize them further diluting the U.S. construction workforce which has already been decimated by the recession. Think long and hard about how all these newly legalized immigrants will impact the American economy. FYI: I am speaking on my own behalf and not for any group or organization I may otherwise represent.
My family growing up owes a lot to labor unions. The Union in San Diego was very weak because there were so many guys working in the U.S. but living in “TJ” so they didn’t care that San Diego workers get $10 less then Los Angeles workers. I am not Anti-Union, however I actually detest the AnswersLa.org people more then the Save our State people by a long shot.
